“to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.”

Ephesians 1:6

Grace-maybe the most misunderstood or at least unapplied concept in the New Testament.
Grace, by definition, is “God’s unearned favor”. It’s His decision to bless, favor and forgive us, even though we cannot possibly earn it! It’s Him adopting us into His family even though we could never work hard enough or pay big enough to deserve it. It’s Him loving us just because He wants to!

So this is how we’re saved-by grace! We can’t earn God’s love nor can we buy it, we simply receive it, knowing that it provided for us by Someone Who loves us and only BECAUSE He loves us!

We cannot live out the Christian life without the same grace. We press into Him, depending on Him thru Holy Spirit to live THRU us!

Grace is free! It’s given freely, both for salvation and for sustianing our Christian walks! God’s grace will usher us into and keep us in His Presence for all eternity!

Finally, it’s given IN (thru, because of) Christ, Whom God loves! We can’t receive God’s grace and all it’s benefits apart from Jesus!

Thank You, God for Your Son and Your grace! I trust in His finished work! Amen!
