“I know that the Lord upholds the just cause of the poor, justice for the needy. Surely the righteous will praise Your name; the upright will live in Your presence.”

David was infadic anout what he knew-I KNOW the Lord upholds justice for the poor and needy. I KNOW the righteous will praise Your Name God. I KNOW the upright will live IN YOUR PRESENCE!

What an awesome privilage we have not only to COME into the presence of God, but to LIVE in the presence of God! Often we believe we’re not righteous people because of the attitudes we carry, but
2 Cornithians 5:21 says that because Jesus took our sin upon Himself, we ARE the righteousness of God in Christ. Because of this we, as believing Christ followers, we live in the Presence of God. Additionally, at salvation Holy Spirit begins to live inside of us. Since He’s inside of us and He is God, we live in the Presence of God.
As believers, we need to live with more awareness of the Presence of God. We need to praise and worship God daily, even hourly, whether its a “church day” or not. His Presence goes with us constantly, so we have the unique privalage of living connected to Him. As David did, let’s praise God with our lives and our lips and let’s constantly live our lives aware of His Presence! Think about it!
