TAKE 5–SEPTEMBER 17, 2017

Psalm 63:2 “So I gaze on You in the sanctuary to see Your strength and Your glory.”

The same writer who yesterday who was seeking a Personal God to fill his deepest desires is GAZING at God in the sanctuary. To gaze means to intently stare (usually in awe or amazement at what you see). The writer has obviously been in God’s presence and spent time there. He’s gazing into God’s sanctuary at God! He describes God as possessing strength or power and glory. These attributes would make one stare or gaze in awe!

Strength equals power! God is strong and powerful! Glory describes God’s position as the King of the universe! HE
IS MAGNIFICENT AND HIS POSITION COMMANDS RESPECT!!!

What’s your view of God? Maybe you should spend sometime gazing at God, considering His power and glory!

Think about it!
