Romans 8:27 “And He who searches the hearts knows the Spirit’s mind-set, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”

OLD THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY-ALL THINGS have become new! In addition to the Holy Spirit interceding for us as well. The whole point of the Gospel isn’t that Jesus came to earth, died on the cross and rose from the dead to give us A BETTER life, ETERNAL life or even to give us fire insurance from the impending threat of going to hell because of our sin–NO, JESUS CAME TO EARTH AS A MAN, DIED ON THE CROSS AND ROSE FROM THE DEAD TO RECONNECT US TO GOD THE FATHER. God is Holy. Sin cannot dwell in His presence. When Adam and Eve sinned and as a result when we sin and rebel against God, we could no longer live in His Presence. HE IS HOLY! Jesus came to earth, died on the cross and rose from the dead to reconcile us back to God! So, the
Holy Spirit intercedes to Jesus on our behalf and Jesus, the perfect, risen One intercedes on our behalf to God the Father, ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD. We spend so much time wondering and trying to figure out what God’s will is, when the truth I’d this matter is that the Holy Spirit knows God’s will and prays THAT for us to Jesus. Jesus knows God’s will and prays THAT for us to the Father!

God’s will all along has been to be with you. It of that relationship, flows all the rest: eternal life, a better
(abundant) life and salvation from sin and hell. Don’t wonder what God’s will is . . . Come near to God – He’ll gladly show it to you! The Holy Spirit and Jesus are PRAYING God’s will for YOU – LET THAT be your reality today!
